Your Word comes to me on this day,

though life is dark and skies are gray;

Your Word re-mains so ev-er strong:

it is my life, my strength, my song.

No mat-ter what the world may do,

I find my hope in You, so true;

My Lord, My God: the One who knows

all things in me, but still You chose.

This Word made flesh, who once did die,

but rose again up in the sky,

by faith now lives in me to-day

and hears my cries to Him I pray.

I love you Lord, I love Your Word,

It is my hope, it un-der-girds

all that I say and do and feel

and car-ries me when none else will.
